We want you to be happy with FeatureMap. If it turns out not to be the right fit, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, no hard feelings.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you used to purchase, or contact us through the website, and include your order number or the email used at checkout. Refunds are processed through our Merchant of Record, Paddle, back to your original payment method.

After 14 days

Because FeatureMap is a downloadable digital product, we generally do not offer refunds after the 14-day window. That said, if you run into a problem with the plugin, please reach out, we would much rather fix the issue than lose you.
