This Privacy Policy explains how Invader Digital Inc., doing business as Nate Wren Design ("we", "us", "our"), handles information in connection with the FeatureMap website (featuremap.natewren.com) and the purchase of FeatureMap.
1. Information we collect
- Contact form. When you message us, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message, so that we can reply.
- Purchases. Payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Paddle collects your billing and payment details directly; we do not see or store your full payment information. We receive order information such as your name, email, country, and license details in order to fulfill and support your purchase.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider and Cloudflare process standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the website.
We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
2. How we use information
- to respond to your enquiries and provide support;
- to deliver your license key and product updates;
- to operate, secure, and improve the website;
- to comply with our legal and tax obligations.
3. How we share information
We share information only with the providers that help us operate: Paddle (payment processing), our email and hosting providers, and Cloudflare (security and content delivery). We do not sell your personal information.
4. The FeatureMap plugin
FeatureMap runs on your own WordPress site and stores its data (such as feature requests, votes, and comments) in your site's database, on your server. We do not receive or have access to the data your visitors submit through your installation of the plugin.
5. Data retention
We keep contact and order information only for as long as needed to provide support and meet legal and tax requirements, after which it is deleted.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. Order records held by Paddle are also subject to Paddle's own privacy policy.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
